The natural vs. organic conversation can be nuanced and sometimes confusing for both consumers and professionals. “Natural” refers to ingredients derived from nature, while “organic” specifically means those ingredients are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. However, not all organic or natural ingredients are automatically better or safer for use in beauty products. In fact, some synthetic ingredients are carefully developed to be safer, more stable, and more effective than their natural counterparts.

TUYO and Green Tribes Manufacturing own ALL TUYO custom product formulations without exception.

With TUYO, no you cannot change the product formulations. All product formulations are set in stone, and based on the latest industry trends and technology. If you are interested in custom formulation, reach out to our Manufacturing Director, Gary Cote.

1. Depending on the brand package you select, multiple fragrances per line can be offered.

2. Fragrances outside of TUYO's offerings are not available.

TUYO uses a wide variety of naturally harvested and sourced ingredients. Because of our natural sourcing practices and small batch production model, there may be variance in color or appearance of products, but differences in appearance WILL NOT affect performance. These differences should be slight and minimal.

After signing our brand waiver, yes, you have creative liberty to name your brand if you do not want to brand it with your salon. 

However, TUYO and Green Tribes operate as a white label cosmetics manufacturer, specializing in salon professional products and brand creation. We provide customizable product solutions, including packaging and branding services. However, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any intellectual property (IP) infringement, copyright violation, or trademark infringement arising from the names, branding, or product lines created by salons or third parties in association with our products. It is the sole responsibility of the salon or brand owner to ensure that their chosen product names, branding, and related materials do not infringe on any existing trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights.

No, brands created with TUYO are not integrated with SalonInteractive. However, if they choose, salons can set up their own e-commerce platforms to sell online to their clients through another platform of their choosing.

Yes! Once you have selected fragrance(s), you will receive a sample of your fragrance in Luxury Shampoo and Conditioner. If you wish to sample all products you have selected for your range, with the fragrance(s) you've chosen accordingly, you can purchase a sample kit for $75.
