WHAT IS IT?
Upcycling involves the transformation of by- products, waste materials, or unwanted products into new materials of superior quality and enhanced environmental value.
Our fragrances have integrated upcycled ingredients into the raw material palette allowing salons to select hand crafted, eco-conscious fragrances.
CITRUS Essential Oils are derived from the food industry waste. Citrus pulp is used in juice and other food manufacturing. The wasted rind and peel are used to make essential oil through the cold expression extraction.
CEDAR & GUAIAC WOOD Essential Oils are made from wood chips, waste of the wood industry where wooden materials are used in construction or furniture making. The wood chips are distilled to obtain the essential oil.
WHAT IS IT?
Biodegradability is the process by which carbon based substances are broken down by living organisms, ultimately to inorganic end products (water or carbon) and biomass.
Our Fragrances have incorporated into their formulation system, the biodegradability information on each of the raw materials used, allowing salons to choose from a selection of planet friendly fragrances with a high biodegradability rate.
WHAT IS IT?
Natural ingredients are ingredients that are coming from nature and have not been human-made (synthetic ingredient). They include essential oils, absolutes, resins and natural molecules.
